Dryers for medium productions

The TD 250 and TD 330 dryers are designed for medium-scale productions, offering high efficiency and consistent performance over time. Both models are available with steam, gas or diathermic oil heating, ensuring maximum flexibility to suit different system requirements. The machines can be configured with automatic tilting for unloading garments (T), for loading and unloading (TT) or with double doors (DD). All tilting versions are equipped with front and rear pneumatic doors, which facilitate operations and make the drying process more efficient and safer. The TD 250 model is also available in a fixed version with manual door opening, offering a versatile and reliable solution for different types of production.

Installable Technologies

ThermoShell

ThermoShell is a special membrane that thermally insulates the Flainox machine’s basket from the outside, ensuring a constant temperature during any type of process.

Basket for delicate materials

Polished basket with Ø4 mm holes, specifically designed to ensure gentle treatment of the most sensitive garments. In comparison, the standard basket is equipped with Ø8 mm holes.

SmartDry Version

Variant equipped with a heat exchanger that absorbs heat from the exhaust air and transfers it to the fresh incoming air before it passes through the steam coil, resulting in steam savings of over 20%.

Infrared probe

High-precision infrared probe for detecting the temperature directly on the garment, ensuring accurate control of heat levels during drying.

Humidistat

The humidistat precisely detects the level of residual humidity in the exhaust air, automatically adjusting the drying cycle to ensure a more uniform and effective result.
