ARC rotary machine
SAMPLING | OPEN BASKET
Open-basket rotary sampling machine for dyeing finished garments, socks, and seamless items.
Choosing a fabric dyeing machine for finished garments, hosiery or seamless items starts with the process itself: the article to be treated, the average batch size, the required working temperature and whether the machine will be used mainly for sampling or for production. Flainox addresses these different needs with a dedicated atmospheric range rather than a single standard configuration.
The range includes ARC, a single-basket rotary machine for sampling and small productions, and NRG–DL, a rotary production machine with three compartments. Both are designed for garment, hosiery and seamless applications, while their capacities and operating features make them suitable for different stages of a dyehouse workflow.

PRODUCTION | DIVIDERS
Rotary production machine with dividers for high-temperature dyeing of finished garments, socks, and seamless items.
A fabric dyeing machine used for development work must make it practical to run tests, colour trials and small batches without committing production-scale capacity. A production unit has a different task: it must handle larger loads, support regular cycles and fit the organisation of the department.
Before selecting a model, it is useful to define:
The ARC rotary machine is designed for sampling and small productions and is available with nominal loads of 10 and 30 kg. Flainox documentation lists atmospheric versions at 98 °C and 105 °C, as well as a separate high-temperature configuration.
ARC is built in high-thickness AISI 316/L stainless steel. Basket rotation is controlled by inverter and the machine is equipped with a Flainox industrial PC with remote online assistance. These features make it suitable for dyehouses that need a dedicated unit for development work, repeatable trials and contained production batches.
NRG–DL is the production model in the atmospheric range. It is available with nominal loads of 60, 90, 180 and 240 kg and a maximum operating temperature of 98 °C, with 105 °C available on request. This temperature range is important because it clearly separates NRG–DL from the Flainox high-temperature machines designed for 135 °C processes.
The basket is divided into three compartments. NRG–DL also integrates a high-speed centrifuge with hydraulic balancing, inverter-controlled basket rotation, ECO-LEVEL, ECO-RINSE and the Utility Saving Kit. The U.S.K. monitors consumption and bath quality during washing, helping operators manage resources with more information from the process.
| Model | Main use | Nominal load | Basket / compartments | Temperature |
| ARC | Sampling / small productions | 10 / 30 kg | Single basket | 98 °C; 105 °C; HT version available |
| NRG–DL | Production | 60 / 90 / 180 / 240 kg | 3 compartments | 98 °C; 105 °C on request |
Dyeing performance depends on more than nominal capacity. Load, basket movement, bath management, washing and cycle repeatability need to work as one process. On NRG–DL, ECO-LEVEL automatically refills at minimum level, while ECO-RINSE reuses cooling water at the beginning of washing. These functions support the wider Flainox approach to reducing consumption and environmental impact.
The most suitable configuration depends on the real job to be done. ARC is the logical choice when trials, colour development and small batches are central. NRG–DL is designed for production volumes and more structured cycles. When evaluating a fabric dyeing machine, Flainox can support the selection based on article, capacity, temperature, batch frequency and the layout of the department.
Atmospheric equipment is part of the broader Flainox garment dyeing range, together with pantyhose systems, high-temperature machines and industrial dryers.
