Flainox for the environment

As a world leader in the production of dyeing machines and proposing ourselves leaders in various projects accordingly in this sense, we have started asking ourselves what the environmental impact of our machines was, analyzing each phase of the dyeing and washing cycle of garments, yarns and of hosiery products to be able to find eco-sustainable solutions.

Reduction of water consumption

We have managed to reduce water consumption during the dyeing and washing processes.

Reduction of carbon emissions

Our machines use ultrasound technologies that have led to a significant reduction in carbon emissions while operating.
The study developed by the Carbon Footprint on the impact of the machines during their entire life span (from construction, to use, to disposal) has led to a consequent revision of the design system (ECO-DESIGN) and their improvement in ECO- EFFICIENCY for an overall performance optimization in respect of the environment.

Reduction of chemical products consumption

The continuous eco-friendly technological progress has allowed us to reduce the chemical products consumption.

Reduction of energy consumption

Always respecting the environment with our technologies, we have managed to strongly reduce energy consumption, favouring renewable energy sources.
