Direct connection to machines: the FLAINOX operator can fully manage from his own office all the PC-PLC plant as working locally.  

  • Online assistance with use of Augmented Reality:  to assist our customers reducing machines downtime and interventions we adopted the use of augmented reality thorough smart glasses and/or mobile devices.
  • Augmented reality helps our technicians to be in the field alongside the customer's staff without the need to leave the office having the possibility to identify the issue in real time, diagnose the problem, find the most suitable solution and make the troubleshooting easier.
  • Of course, the system allows to assist the customer during machines commissioning and provide to operators the proper training on new equipment as well.


The combined use of the two technologies allows as well:
